Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address and (optionally) email. We never sell or share your personal information with anyone outside of order delivery.

Your number is used to confirm orders and send delivery updates by SMS. Couriers receive only the details needed to reach you.

Payment is cash on delivery — we never ask for card numbers, PINs or OTPs. If anyone does in our name, it is a scam; please report it to us immediately.

Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages: when you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, an automated assistant may reply on our behalf. To answer you, it reads the messages and photos you send in that chat (your name as shown on Facebook/Instagram, your messages, and any order details you give such as phone number and address). This is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) only to write the reply, and is not used to train AI models. Our team can see every chat and can take over at any time; just ask for a person.

If you place an order in the chat, the order details are saved in our order system, the same as a website order. We keep a short log of recent automated replies (up to the last 60) to check their quality, and anonymised notes (with phone numbers removed) to improve how we answer. We do not sell or share this data with anyone else.

Deleting your data: message our Page “delete my data”, email femmefiestafashion@gmail.com, or see femmefiestabd.com/page/data-deletion. We delete your chat data and any order data we are not legally required to keep within 7 days and confirm when done.
